Returns
Not loving what you’ve ordered? No problem. All full-price orders within Canada and USA are eligible for a refund. Items can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of reception of the order. In all other cases, please understand that the direct costs of the return of goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.
The window for return starts once the product is received by the customer.
Please note that the return policy applies only to unworn, tags still attached, unwashed and impeccable items, or items with a visible manufacturing defects, or manufacturing stains. Loose threads that are producing an unaesthetically effect on the item will be considered under the return policy.
Exchange
Sale items are able to be exchanged, but unable to be refunded. Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and have arranged your exchange or refund.
